We have been monitoring the Coronavirus carefully and, prior to the increase in cases, we began taking precautions. This includes the use of 70% alcohol-based hand sanitizer, limiting physical contact (ie handshaking), sterilizing vehicles, etc.
As always, we take our role in the community seriously and make every effort to ensure our clients are safe. We are thankful for the opportunity to clean our customers gutters.
To alleviate concerns, we’d like to reassure you with the following:
1.) Physical contact with us when cleaning your gutters is not necessary ( NO NEED TO BE PRESENT OR HOME). Of course, we’re happy to wave at you when we arrive. After we clean your gutters we will leave invoice at your front door and we will email you as well.
2.) We are happy to discuss any estimates via a virtual face-to-face if needed.
3.) You’ll possibly hear us walking on the roof when cleaning gutters but It’s a quick but thorough process and shouldn’t disrupt your work-at-home.
4.) As always, if any our technicians is ill, they will be asked to stay home and get well. We ask for your patience and understanding in case an appointment must be rescheduled.
5.) Gutter cleaning and maintenance is one of the most affordable and important things to protect your largest investment, your home.
